No. We replace windows with residents home. Each suite is opened and sealed weather-tight the same working day, with written notice before every stage of work.
Any elevation. Our crews are certified for swing stages and suspended platforms, so a 40-storey tower is handled the same way as a 4-storey walk-up.
We do. Permits are part of the job, and projects that need stamped drawings are handled with our engineering partner, Apollo Building Group.
