Working at HeightsMOL-approved
Ontario’s mandatory training wherever a fall hazard exists. Current for every crew member on an elevated job, without exception.
Swing Stage InstallerLicensed
Lets [COMPANY NAME] crews erect, move, and operate suspended platforms. The access is ours.
Power Elevated Work PlatformCertified
Covers zoom booms and scissor lifts, including the heavy-duty units used where limited access or foot traffic rules scaffolding out.
Site SupervisorCertified
One certified supervisor runs the site from mobilization through sign-off, and is the person the building calls.

Handling, labelling, and storage of the sealants, primers, and solvents that come onto site.

What arrives before the first window comes out.
Most of a safe job is logistics. The bins, the hoarding, the routes, and the notices go in first, and the glazing works around them.

Hazardous Material
Asbestos is cleared before glazing starts.
Buildings from before the 1990s often have asbestos in the original caulking. It is common, it is manageable, and it is not something we take on ourselves.
- Interior surfaces are tested before any opening is disturbed.
- A licensed abatement contractor is brought in under their own scope and their own certification.
- The opening is quarantined and air quality is monitored while they work.
- Hazardous waste is removed and documented by them, not by us.
- Glazing begins once clearance is in hand.
